- Where are The Hot Office's call handlers based?
The Hot Office's telephone staff are all based in Business Centres in the Home Counties, United Kingdom. We do not outsource our call handling to home-workers, subcontractors, students or large call-centres. Your calls will always be answered by an English speaking p.a. in a professional manner, whether it is 3pm or 3am.
- Can you provide a full virtual office service?

- Do you offer fixed call answering packages?
Of course! Our HotCall call answering service provides a fixed number of calls included within your package each month, you just choose which call-volume package works best for your business.
- Can you provide temporary telephone answering services?
Yes. If you are interested in telephone answering for temporary periods, e.g. when you are away or holiday or business trips, then we can help. Our holiday cover packages are designed for this very purpose.
- How can I be notified of messages left by callers?
We deliver message details to you via SMS, Email and more. You choose what combination of messages works for you.
- How does a telephone answering service work?
We can answer your current telephone number diverted through to us or provide a new dedicated phone number for your incoming calls, which comes through to your dedicated PAs. When your line rings, the pop-up screen on our front desk then determines how the call is handled, based upon your instructions. We answer the call in your company name, just like the call was coming directly into your office, and then take all the critical details of the message and e-mail + text the details to you. Once we have answered and screened the call, we can also divert the call through to you if this is preferred for your business.
